Terms

A clear agreement before you begin.

These terms explain the service, your responsibilities and the rights that apply when you use Lyfera.

Service operator and scope

Agent1 · VAT IT04302680139 · 23854 Olginate (LC), Italy. Contact info@lyfera.ai or info@agent1.it. These terms apply to the Lyfera website and the features made available to you. Updated 8 September 2026. A separately accepted project agreement governs the specific commercial work it describes. Mandatory consumer rights prevail over any conflicting provision.

Access and availability

You must be at least 18 to open an account and have authority to act for any organisation you represent. One email supports one active talent. Access to a demonstration or test environment does not itself create a paid subscription. Features marked unavailable cannot be ordered through that interface. Descriptions of a future feature do not establish that it is included in a currently available service.

The service and its limits

Lyfera lets users develop and guide artificial talents using third-party generative technology. Availability depends on the workflow, provider and subscribed service. Outputs can be inaccurate, inconsistent or unsuitable for a proposed use. The user’s instructions and the model’s generation are distinct from Lyfera’s own processing, presentation and moderation responsibilities.

Account and lawful contributions

Keep account access secure and provide accurate information. Submit only authorised references and lawful instructions. Do not impersonate real people, fabricate endorsements, infringe intellectual-property or personality rights, disclose confidential information, harass, defame, create exploitative sexual content or circumvent safety and access controls. Sexual content involving minors or apparent minors is prohibited.

Review, disclosure and publication

Review generated outputs before use. Retain required AI labels and disclose synthetic origin appropriately. Publication is separate from payment and subject to the relevant approval/opt-in process. Moderation reduces risk but is not a guarantee that every issue will be detected. Neither users nor providers can confer rights they do not hold.

Prices and payment

The pricing page describes planned memberships. An existing membership retains the price and included production in its accepted terms. Before placing an order, check the total, currency, billing period and included features shown at checkout. No payment is due merely for viewing a price or sending an enquiry. A test checkout is not a live purchase. Paid access begins only after payment or another agreed entitlement has been confirmed; the return page alone does not confirm payment.

Renewal and cancellation

A monthly subscription renews at the price and interval accepted at checkout unless cancelled. You may request cancellation in Billing or by emailing info@lyfera.ai from your account address. Cancellation stops future renewals after the confirmed end of the paid period; it is separate from deleting the account or exercising a right of withdrawal. Keep the cancellation confirmation. Existing private work is not made public by payment or cancellation. A failed or expired payment may suspend production; contact us if the status shown does not match your payment.

Your right to withdraw

If you are an EU consumer purchasing a service online, you normally have 14 days from conclusion of the contract to withdraw without giving a reason. Send a clear statement to info@lyfera.ai identifying your name, account email, order and contract date. You can use: “I give notice that I withdraw from my contract for [service], ordered on [date]. Name: [name]. Account email: [email]. Date: [date].” This model is optional. We acknowledge the request and refund amounts due within 14 days of receiving it, using the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed without cost to you.

Starting a service during the withdrawal period

If you expressly request that a service start during the withdrawal period and later withdraw, payment for the proportion already supplied is due only where the law permits and the required information and request have been provided. Loss of withdrawal rights for fully performed services or immediately supplied digital content requires the specific prior consent and acknowledgement required by law. Creating an account, accepting these terms or receiving an AI output alone is not a blanket waiver of withdrawal rights.

Problems with the service

Contact info@lyfera.ai with the affected feature or order and the outcome you expected. Where statutory conformity rights apply, you may be entitled to have the service brought into conformity, a proportionate price reduction or termination and reimbursement under the applicable conditions. Nothing here limits those rights or creates a general “no refunds” rule. We do not guarantee audience size, revenue, exclusivity, an exact resemblance or uninterrupted availability of a third-party platform.

Moderation and action on reports

We review actionable notices without undue delay. We may temporarily restrict content to address credible risks and remove confirmed unlawful or prohibited material. Depending on severity and recurrence, proportionate account restrictions may follow. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we explain the reason and allow the affected person to request a human review. We do not automatically treat every allegation as proven.

Responsibility and remedies

Users are responsible for their inputs, instructions and use of outputs to the extent provided by law. Providers have their own contractual duties; Lyfera remains responsible for its own obligations. No clause excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protection. Any business-to-business limitations or indemnities require a specific, proportionate agreement; this page promises no total immunity.

Changes, suspension and disputes

We communicate material changes affecting an ongoing paid service before they take effect and preserve any right to reject a change or end the contract required by law. Urgent protective action may be taken for safety, security or unlawful use. Italian law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of habitual residence. Consumers retain access to the courts provided by applicable consumer law; these terms do not impose an exclusive foreign forum. Contact info@lyfera.ai first so we can address a complaint.

Report a concern.

A rights issue, unwanted resemblance, privacy concern or unsafe content? Tell us where to look and why. Reports go to info@lyfera.ai without requiring an account. For a review of a previous decision, include its reference. You can also email us directly, including where a sensitive report should not identify the reporter.
