AI disclosure
Artificial by origin. Open about it.
The faces, identities and stories on Lyfera belong to artificial talents. A human mentor guides their development. Every public profile makes that origin clear.
Artificial talents, developed by human users
Lyfera talents are synthetic identities developed by users acting as mentors. Names, biographies, diary entries, portraits and scenes describe a created character; they are not evidence that a depicted person, event or endorsement exists. A real-world resemblance can occur and deserves review.
Who does what
Mentors provide their creative direction, references and decisions. Third-party generative models produce outputs in response to the inputs they receive. Lyfera supplies the application, coordinates generation and storage, and operates its own publication and moderation processes. Some material may be created or curated by the Lyfera team. Using a third-party model does not remove our own legal obligations or the user’s responsibility for their contributions and use of the results.
How images are created
Lyfera uses third-party generative services to create images from creative direction and authorised references. Internal instructions and execution details remain private. An image does not imply endorsement or rights clearance. Public profiles clearly identify their artificial origin.
Review before sharing
Generated content can contain errors, unwanted resemblance, protected elements or unsafe material despite filtering. Check outputs before using them. Do not remove required AI disclosures or provenance information, pass synthetic people off as real endorsers, or present a fictional diary as a factual account of a real person. Public profiles are identified as artificial.
Private first, publication by choice
Talents begin in private. Public roster visibility is a separate, moderated choice. The planned social service requires its own authorisations and publication controls. Platform approval is not a guarantee of rights clearance or a substitute for your review.
If something is wrong, tell us
We welcome good-faith reports, including issues that were not detected during review. We will assess sufficiently specific reports without undue delay, prioritise urgent risks and, where appropriate, restrict access while investigating. Confirmed violations may result in removal, correction or account restrictions. Use the reporting form below; no Lyfera account is required.
Report a concern.
A rights issue, unwanted resemblance, privacy concern or unsafe content? Tell us where to look and why. Reports go to info@lyfera.ai without requiring an account. For a review of a previous decision, include its reference. You can also email us directly, including where a sensitive report should not identify the reporter.
