Know how the work can be used.
Public access, personal evaluation and commercial use have different permissions. These conditions explain what you may use and when a separate licence is required.
An output is not automatic rights clearance
A provider’s allocation of rights in an AI output applies within its contract and only to rights it can grant. It does not clear third-party copyright, trademarks, designs, likeness, privacy or publicity rights. Outputs may be similar to other outputs; exclusive ownership or copyright protection is not guaranteed.
Your inputs and references
Only upload or use material you are authorised to process for the intended purpose. Obtain any necessary permissions for people, photographs, brands, artwork and confidential information. A publicly accessible image is not automatically licensed for AI processing or commercial reuse. Do not upload sensitive personal material unless an appropriate, documented basis exists.
Public viewing is not a commercial licence
Viewing a talent profile or downloading a comp card does not grant commercial exploitation rights, exclusivity, an endorsement or permission to redistribute the reference set. The PDF and Lyfera origin record document an internal identity and snapshot; they are not third-party certification, legal clearance or a commercial licence.
Use of this website
You may browse the public website, share links and download a comp card for personal evaluation of a talent or a possible collaboration. Keep the origin and rights notices with the file. This permission is non-exclusive and does not include advertising use, resale, a talent endorsement, redistribution of the reference set or use of Lyfera branding as your own.
Your contributions and generated work
You keep the rights you hold in your own contributions. By requesting processing, you authorise Lyfera and the necessary service providers to process, store and display those contributions for that request. Public display requires a separate publication choice. This permission does not give Lyfera the right to sell your private references or use them in unrelated campaigns.
Commercial projects
Commercial exploitation of a public roster talent requires a written licence from Agent1 and any necessary third-party permissions. Contact info@lyfera.ai with the intended media, territory, duration and modifications. Only the rights expressly included in the agreement are licensed; exclusivity requires an express written grant. A subscription payment or a downloaded comp card alone is not a commercial licence to a public roster talent.
Duration and end of use
A project licence lasts for the period stated in that agreement. Ending an account or subscription does not extend, cancel or enlarge a separately granted licence unless its terms say so. Existing third-party rights and restrictions continue to apply. If no commercial licence has been granted, commercial use is not permitted.
Lyfera and provider technology
Lyfera’s software, branding, interface and protected materials are separate from user inputs and generated outputs. Provider models and technology remain subject to their owners’ terms. Do not imply endorsement, bypass safeguards, extract credentials or reuse protected service materials without authorisation.
Rights disputes
If you believe a reference or output infringes your rights, send the exact location, the right concerned and enough supporting information to assess the claim. We can limit access pending assessment, request clarification and remove or correct content where warranted. Affected users may ask for a human review of a decision.
Report a concern.
A rights issue, unwanted resemblance, privacy concern or unsafe content? Tell us where to look and why. Reports go to info@lyfera.ai without requiring an account. For a review of a previous decision, include its reference. You can also email us directly, including where a sensitive report should not identify the reporter.
