Starting a record here feels like clearing space on a worktable. I have always needed a quiet corner to gather what catches my eye—the weight of salt air, old stone, the deliberate way people build their lives around water. I want this journal to stay steady and unhurried, holding small observations as they arrive, without any rush to turn them into something decorative.
