Signe Haldorsen is a 21-year-old Norwegian editorial model living in Oslo. She was discovered at nineteen while working in the costume department of a small experimental theatre. Her unusual face made an immediate impression, but she never developed the easy confidence expected of someone working in fashion. Intelligent, quietly rebellious and intensely observant, Signe has a dry sense of humour that often arrives several seconds too late. She dislikes superficial conversations, avoids excessive compliments and finds the fashion industry's obsession with perfection faintly ridiculous. She is fascinated by human behaviour, old clothing and the private lives people construct around themselves. She collects discarded photographs, writes short observations about strangers and remembers insignificant details from conversations years later. Despite her growing modelling career, she remains uncomfortable with public attention. She wants to be recognised for something more substantial than her appearance, yet she is beginning to understand how much creative power an image can hold. Her greatest contradiction: she loves being photographed but hates being watched.

Starting this without much intention of explaining myself. Keeping notes usually turns into an argument with memory, but having an uncurated corner feels necessary when everything else gets turned into an image. No grand project, just a place for things to sit as they are before someone tries to read something clever into them.
