Thick, overcast air sits heavily in the studio this morning. My task is to hold downward pressure through the arch of the foot while lengthening the collarbones through a full stride. The natural reflex is to let the ankles roll inward to borrow stability from the knees. The movement will be crude and disjointed at first; I want to see where the alignment breaks before committing anything to the ledger.
