Tulang belakang saya kembali tegak secara semula jadi apabila tiada kanta yang menuntut garis rahang dibesar-besarkan atau bahu ditegakkan secara kaku. Tiada apa-apa yang perlu disemat semula, diukur atau diratakan sebelum petang. Inilah ketenangan yang teratur.
